Protection of Your Personal Data
The protection of your personal data is important to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. To the extent that personal data (such as name, address, or email address) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis whenever possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating via email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Personal data refers to individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your civil name, address, telephone number, and date of birth. Since this data enjoys special protection, we only collect it to the extent technically necessary.
In the following, we will explain, in accordance with our obligation, what information we collect during your visit to our website and how this is used. Our data protection practice complies with the regulations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
We will collect, process, and store your personal data exclusively for processing inquiries and, if applicable, for processing orders/contracts. Only if you have separately given your consent will your data also be used for additional purposes specifically defined in the consent, such as for information about offers via newsletter, etc.
The responsible party according to § 13 Para. 1 TMG, the General Data Protection Regulation, and all data protection laws applicable in the member states of the European Union is: Dr. Yary

Use of Your Data
Our site offers you various functions, the use of which involves the collection, processing, and storage of personal data by us. Below we explain what happens with this data:
Collection of General Information When Visiting Our Website
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected by means of a cookie. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and similar information. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions about your person.
This information is technically necessary to correctly deliver website content requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet. It is processed in particular for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection establishment of the website,
- Ensuring smooth use of our website,
- Evaluation of system security and stability, and
- For additional administrative purposes.
The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest from the aforementioned purposes for data collection. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about you. Recipients of the data are only the responsible party and, if applicable, processors.
Anonymous information of this kind may be statistically evaluated by us to optimize our website and the technology behind it.

The data collected via our contact form will only be used for processing inquiries that come in through the contact form. After processing the inquiry, the collected data will be deleted within six months.

The data collected in the registration form of our newsletter is used by us exclusively for sending our newsletter, in which we inform about all our services. After registration, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link that you must click to complete your registration for our newsletter (double opt-in). The newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link. Your data will be deleted by us within six months after unsubscribing.
Data Transfer
We only pass on data (e.g., name and address) that is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and for third parties to ensure a smooth process, especially for the execution of a concluded contract, or if their storage is required for other legal reasons. If you provide us with personal data, this data will only be used for the specified purpose to which you agreed before entering the data. We will store your personal data only as long as necessary for the intended purpose of data collection or as required by law.
Data is not passed on to third parties except for the mentioned purposes of contract and payment processing.
Privacy Policy for the Use of Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies.” These are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is § 15 Para. 3 TMG or Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data sent by us and linked with cookies, user identifiers (e.g., User ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.
More information on terms of use and data protection can be found at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://policies.google.com/?hl=de. More information about how user data is handled by Google Analytics can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de
Browser Plugin
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
Objection to Data Collection
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set that prevents the collection of your data during future visits to this website: Deactivate Google Analytics
Data Processing Agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
IP Anonymization
We use the function “Activation of IP anonymization” on this website. However, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide other services related to website and Internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
External Content
On our website, we use active JavaScript content from external providers. By accessing our website, these external providers may receive personal information about your visit to our website. You can prevent this by installing a JavaScript blocker such as the browser plugin ‘NoScript’ (www.noscript.net) or by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. This may result in functional limitations on websites you visit.
Use of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)
To display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Webfonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
The call of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – although currently unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of such libraries collect data.
The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Embedded YouTube Videos
We embed YouTube videos on some of our web pages. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behavior with you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
When a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.
Anyone who has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.
Further information on data protection at “YouTube” can be found in the provider’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
Social Plugins
Social plugins from the providers listed below are used on our web pages. You can recognize the plugins by their corresponding logo.
Through these plugins, information, which may include personal data, may be sent to the service provider and possibly used by them. We prevent the unconscious and unwanted collection and transmission of data to the service provider through a 2-click solution. To activate a desired social plugin, it must first be activated by clicking on the corresponding switch. Only through this activation of the plugin is the collection of information and its transmission to the service provider triggered. We do not collect any personal data ourselves by means of the social plugins or through their use.
We have no influence on what data an activated plugin collects and how it is used by the provider. Currently, it must be assumed that a direct connection to the provider’s services is established and at least the IP address and device-related information is collected and used. There is also the possibility that service providers try to store cookies on the computer used. Please refer to the data protection notices of the respective service provider to find out which specific data is collected and how it is used. Note: If you are logged into Facebook at the same time, Facebook can identify you as a visitor to a specific page.
We have integrated the social media buttons of the following companies on our website:
jameda Seal and Widget
On our website, seals or widgets of jameda GmbH, St. Cajetan-Straße 41, 81669 Munich are integrated. A widget is a small window that displays changeable information. Our seal works in a similar way, i.e., it doesn’t always look the same, but the display changes. The corresponding content is displayed on our website, but it is retrieved from jameda servers at that moment. This is the only way to show the current content, especially the current rating. For this purpose, a data connection must be established from this website to jameda, and jameda receives certain technical data (date and time of visit; the page from which the query is made; the Internet protocol address (IP address) used, browser type and version, device type, operating system and similar technical information) that are necessary for the content to be delivered. However, this data is only used for the provision of the content and is not stored or otherwise used.
With the integration, we pursue the purpose and legitimate interest of displaying current and correct content on our homepage. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. We do not store the mentioned data due to this integration. For more information on data processing by jameda, please refer to the privacy policy of the website www.jameda.de.
Use of jQuery (code.jquery.com)
On this page, we use jQuery technologies to achieve optimization of loading speeds. In this regard, program libraries are called from jQuery servers. The CDN (Content delivery network) of Google is used. If you have previously used jQuery from the jQuery CDN on another page, your browser will use the cached copy. If this is not the case, it requires a download, whereby data from your browser is sent to the jQuery Foundation (“jQuery.org”). During this retrieval, connection data (e.g., the IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to the provider. You can find more information at: https://code.jquery.com/ and under the code of conduct of the jQuery Foundation.
Use of JavaScript Libraries
For our websites, we use the JavaScript libraries “jQuery” and “MooTools” for navigation on our website. To increase the loading speed of our website, we use Google’s CDN (Content Delivery Network) to load this library (ajax.googleapis.com). There is a high probability that your web browser has already cached “jQuery” and “MooTools” due to visiting another website. This allows your web browser to use the cached copy. By including “jQuery” and “MooTools” via Google CDN, data (e.g., your IP address) may be transferred to Google in the USA. The use of “jQuery” and “MooTools” is necessary for the display of our website. We do not use “jQuery”, “MooTools”, and Google CDN for analytical purposes. You can find more information about Google CDN, “jQuery”, and “MooTools” at developers.google.com/speed/libraries/#jquery. You can find Google’s privacy policy here: policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de.
Java-Script code from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook) is loaded on our pages. If you have JavaScript enabled in your browser and have not installed a JavaScript blocker, your browser may transmit personal data to Facebook. We do not know what data Facebook links with the received data and for what purposes Facebook uses this data. For more information, please see Facebook’s privacy policy. If you do not want Facebook to associate visits to our pages with your Facebook account, please log out of your Facebook user account and block the execution of JavaScript in your browser.
Use of Cookies
The Internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When deactivating cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
SSL Encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
When SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Data Security and Data Protection, Communication via Email
Your personal data is stored by taking all technical and organizational possibilities in such a way that it is not accessible to third parties. In communication via email, complete data security cannot be guaranteed by us, so we recommend the postal route for information with a high need for confidentiality.
Deletion or Blocking of Data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as provided for by the various storage periods stipulated by the legislator. After the respective purpose ceases to exist or these periods expire, the corresponding data is routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Revocation of Consents – Data Information and Change Requests
According to the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to free information about your stored data and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. Your data will then be deleted unless there are legal regulations to the contrary. You can revoke any permission you have given us to use your personal data at any time. Information, deletion, and correction requests regarding your data and suggestions are always welcome and can be sent to the following address:
