My Professional Journey
I began my academic journey at the oldest and most prestigious university in Heidelberg, where I successfully completed my medical studies. During my education, I had the privilege of completing part of my training at the renowned University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and in Brazil. These international experiences significantly broadened my horizons and gave me valuable insight into diverse approaches in the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery.

After my studies, I continued my education in renowned plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery clinics. I worked, among others, in Germany’s largest severe burn treatment centers – Klinikum Köln-Merheim and Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin. There, I focused on skin reconstruction, improving limb functionality, and treating scars.

I then developed my skills at Park-Klinik Birkenwerder, specializing in aesthetic surgery. I particularly focused on lipoedema surgery and autologous fat transfers. Today, with over 10 years of surgical experience in plastic surgery, I offer a wide range of procedures.

My Specialization
Currently, I concentrate on face and body contouring and firming. I use both minimally invasive and surgical methods to individually tailor treatments to your needs. My goal is to achieve natural and harmonious results that emphasize your personal beauty and enhance your well-being.

My Philosophy
Among all medical specialties, I chose the field of plastic-aesthetic surgery early on. This discipline enables both functional and reconstructive procedures after injuries (such as burns) and oncological diseases, as well as operations performed for purely aesthetic reasons. Changing a person’s external appearance is not just a matter of optics, but primarily an emotional matter. Beauty is very personal and touches us all, though it is only subject to general principles to a limited extent. Therefore, I prefer the concept of aesthetics, which encompasses the science of sensory perception, as it particularly emphasizes individual feelings.

My priority is to discover, together with my patients, the motivation behind their decision for a procedure. The first conversation, conducted without time pressure and with an open outcome, marks the beginning of our collaboration. In this judgment-free dialogue, we discuss possible goals, leaving space for doubts and concerns. This exchange constitutes an essential element preceding my professional action.

My Contribution to Field Development
I also serve as a national and international lecturer, trainer, and key opinion leader (KOL) in my field. As a lecturer for the German Society for Minimally Invasive Treatments (DGBT), I teach, examine, and certify physicians, actively contributing to improving safety in medical practice. I continuously educate myself to offer my patients the most modern and safest treatment methods and techniques.
