TREATMENTS FOR WOMAN

Upper Eyelid Lift

Upper eyelid lift is one of the most common surgical procedures in the United States. While this procedure doesn’t dramatically change your entire face, it makes your eyes appear fresher and more awake.

Lower Eyelid Lift

Lower eyelid lift can be performed through an external incision (classic method) or through an invisible internal incision (transconjunctival approach). The most suitable method for you will be determined during your consultation examination.

Deep Plane Facelift

The so-called Deep Facelift is a highly effective procedure for complete facial tightening and rejuvenation. Unlike minimally invasive methods, it does not only treat the surface of the skin but also the deeper tissue layers (SMAS) to lift sagging structures in a long-lasting way. It is particularly suitable for more pronounced skin laxity in the mid and lower face, including the cheeks, jawline, neck, and deep folds in the nasolabial and marionette areas.

The procedure restores the original architecture of the face, redefines the contours, and creates a younger, fresher appearance while maintaining natural facial expressions. The results are clearly visible and often last for ten years or more.

Incisions are made along natural skin and hairlines so that scars remain as discreet as possible. After a moderate recovery period, patients benefit from a sustainable, complete facial rejuvenation – ideal for those who are looking not just for a subtle refresh but for a deep, lasting transformation.

Buccal Fat Removal (Bichectomy)

Bichectomy is named after the French anatomist and surgeon Marie François Xavier Bichat (1771-1802), who is considered the founder of histology and pathology. He first described the cheek fat pad now known as Bichat’s fat pad or corpus adiposum buccae. This fat pad is initially more pronounced in infants. When it remains voluminous in adults, it’s commonly referred to as “baby face” or “baby fat.” Removing or reducing Bichat’s fat pad can help achieve a slimmer face with more defined, athletic facial features.

Brow Lift

Repositioning the eyebrows has become an increasingly popular procedure. Eyebrows can droop over time, causing a tired appearance. Through a small (few centimeters), nearly invisible incision along the hairline, it’s possible to lift especially the lateral eyebrows. This procedure is also known as the “Cat-Eye” or “Bella Hadid” look.

Breast Implants

The desire for firmer and fuller breasts can be achieved with implants. Breast enhancement with implants is chosen to increase breast size or correct asymmetries.

Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer

A very natural and sustainable way to enhance the breast is through surgery using the body’s own tissue. Fat from the abdomen and thighs is particularly suitable for this procedure. In addition to complete naturalness, this method offers the advantage of liposuction. The liposuction is an integral part of the surgical planning.

Breast Lift

Like the entire body, the breast is subject to changes over time. However, it is more strongly influenced by hormonal changes, including puberty, pregnancy, and/or menopause, as well as significant weight fluctuations or genetics. If breast ptosis (sagging) occurs, a breast lift can correct the breast shape and position.

Breast Reduction

Due to genetic and/or hormonal factors (puberty, pregnancy, or menopause), breasts can significantly increase in volume and weight. In these cases, surgery is indicated not only for aesthetic reasons but also for medical ones. Patients often complain of back and neck pain, as well as skin irritation in the breast fold. Breast reduction can reduce breast weight and also adjust breast shape and height.
