Liposuction
Liposuction (also known as fat removal) is now an established and, in experienced hands, a very safe and effective method for rapid fat reduction. Different surgical planning and techniques are used depending on the body region. Water-assisted liposuction (WAL), vibration-assisted liposuction (VAL), and power-assisted liposuction (PAL) have proven effective. The most common body regions include the abdominal, thigh, upper arm, and neck areas.

Lipedema
Lipedema is a chronic and progressive disease that occurs almost exclusively in women and is characterized by a fat distribution disorder with a significant disproportion between the torso and legs/arms. Liposuction is used for permanent reduction of the pathological subcutaneous fatty tissue on legs and arms. It is particularly indicated when symptoms persist despite consistently implemented conservative therapy, or when there is progression of findings (subcutaneous fat volume) and/or symptoms (pain, edema).

BodyTite™/Renuvion is a minimally invasive handpiece with a longer probe for treating larger areas such as abdomen, upper arms, legs, hips, and back. Thigh Lift
